    Lidia De La Cruz is a first-gen Afro-Latina trailblazer in the tech industry with a foundation in education. During her transition into tech, she realized there was little to no representation or resources for women of color in the industry. She decided to document her journey, using her voice to inspire and motivate others looking to make a similar pivot. This commitment to accessibility and her “pay it forward” mentality led her to create her brand, Poderosa Coding. Combining her professional skill set, passion for education, and first-hand experience with marginalization, she has become a leading mentor in her field.

    Joshua Rosa is a Creative, National Speaker, Author, Traveler, and at a very tight 2nd to that all, pizza enthusiast. Born to Dominican parents and raised in NJ, through his charismatic speaking and storytelling style, Joshua has been able to impact thousands in person and millions online. In pursuit of expanding this passion for helping others refine who they truly are and helping companies build out a brand voice, Joshua has been able to fuse this drive into MMM Media which is aimed at developing the “voice” we all need.

    Tatiana Carett is a healthcare leader with 25 years of experience in health service delivery, technology implementation, and healthcare management. She focuses on implementing innovative digital technologies to improve care access, reduce costs, and minimize health disparities. Tatiana is active in building the Latinx tech community in NYC, serving as President of the Latinas in Tech NYC Chapter since 2021. Born in NYC and raised in Venezuela, she holds degrees from NYU (BS, MA in Physical Therapy) and Johns Hopkins University (MPH, MBA in Healthcare Leadership and Management).

    “Aileen Sierra is a first-generation Dominican American and the Community Partners Co-Leader for Latinas in Tech, NYC. She recently earned her Master’s in Marketing, a journey where she first encountered Latinas in Tech. Throughout her academic path, Aileen often felt the absence of representation, but finding Latinas in Tech gave her a sense of belonging. Her passion for volunteering in this nonprofit stems from the memory of her younger self, who wished for guidance in education and business. Now in a position to help others, Aileen is committed to empowering and supporting the next generation of Latinas.”

    Caryl is a director in the MTA and founder of Empowered Entrepreneur, which is dedicated to empowering diverse professionals. Balancing a successful corporate career, entrepreneurship, and motherhood, she is passionate about building community, continuous learning, mentorship, and creating impactful experiences like the Flourish retreat in the Dominican Republic. Caryl’s goal is to build a pipeline of talented founders addressing the underrepresentation of women in leadership by providing coaching, resources, and encouragement.
